When you create an account we store your name, email address and a hashed password. Resume data you create is stored securely in our database linked to your account. We do not store payment card details — payments are processed by Razorpay and PayU.
We use your data solely to provide the RocxCV resume builder service — to save, display and export your resumes. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
When you use AI enhance features, your text is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI's data usage policies apply. We do not permanently store the text sent to AI beyond your saved resume data.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a theme preference cookie. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard. To request complete data deletion, email us at admin@airocx.in.
